Flexible Trim with Metal Core for Outdoor Use
PVC edge protector profiles offer the most versatile and popular solution in the machinery, automotive, and metal processing industries for safely sealing sharp edges and protecting surfaces.
Made from highly flexible, easy-to-handle material, these profiles feature an internal, embedded metal insert (steel core) that guarantees a perfect, strong grip. As a result, PVC edge trim profiles can be simply pushed on and securely fastened to the edges of metal sheets or other surfaces without the need for adhesives or special tools.
Key Features and Applications:
- Weather Resistance: PVC is highly resistant to weather conditions, meaning these profiles can be used outdoors without limitation, offering a durable solution against the elements.
- Mechanical Protection: Protects the edges of sheet metal from damage and prevents personal injury from sharp surfaces.
- Secure Installation: The internal metal core ensures a tight, self-gripping fit, making installation simple and quick—just press it into place!
- Size Versatility: We offer solutions for various edge thicknesses (e.g., 1-2 mm, 4-6 mm, 9-12 mm), all available in black.
