Right of return
The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 working days of receipt of the order without giving reasons. In this case, the customer must return the order and bear the costs for the return shipment. The customer has 28 days to return the order after receipt. No further costs can be charged to the customer, but the company can demand reimbursement of the costs incurred due to improper use.
How you can return the order
If you wish to cancel the order, you must inform us within 14 working days of receipt of the order using one of the contact options provided (telephone, fax, e-mail). If you wish to send your notice of withdrawal by post, the date of the postmark shall be deemed to be the date of the notice of return in accordance with the notice period of 8 working days. If you wish to give notice of your return by telephone, the date of your call shall be deemed to be the date of the notice of return in accordance with the notice period of 14 working days. In the event of a return, the company does not have to refund the additional delivery costs, but only the normal delivery costs to the customer. Upon receipt of the return, we will open the package and record the process with a video camera to document the condition of the returned goods. Please ensure that the goods are used properly, as any costs incurred as a result of improper use must be borne by the customer.
